A.	Registration
A.1	Includes access to all sessions, electronic proceedings, welcome reception, daily lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference banquet. Only presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
A.2	Student Registration – Submission of proof of student status is compulsory. You will be required to upload a copy of your student proof during the registration process. Acceptable documents for student proof are:
	1. Your matriculation card with clear indication of the expiry date.
	2. A status proof letter endorsed by your school, which should show the following information: (a) Student name (b) Student matriculation number (student ID) (c) Expiry date (d) University name
A.3	Membership ID must be provided during registration if you register as an IEEE member or IEEE student member.
A.4	Authors are required to register and pay by June 30, 2018 (no extension will be allowed). Papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings if they are not registered and paid for by at least one author.
A.5	For Non-authors, early bird rate applies for payment received by June 30, 2018. After this date, on-site rate applies and any outstanding payment will be collected during the conference at the time of check-in.

C.	Registration Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy
C.1	There will be NO refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by Authors.
C.2	For Non-authors, there will be NO refund for notice received after June 30, 2018. For notice received on or before June 30, 2018, a refund of 70% of the total payment applies.

D.1	Welcome Reception — Welcome reception is included in all Registrations.
